You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply to you. If adult directory content, advertising, or related services are restricted in your location, you must not use the site.

We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, safety, or platform changes. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the updated terms.

We do not guarantee profile accuracy, advertiser identity, visitor identity, availability, pricing, legality, services, reviews, safety, or outcome of any contact made through the site.

Advertisers and visitors are solely responsible for their communications, meetings, payments, content, conduct, and compliance with applicable laws.

You must not submit false, misleading, illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, stolen, underage, abusive, or infringing content.

We may edit, reject, suspend, hide, or remove accounts, listings, reviews, images, links, or content at our discretion for safety, compliance, operational, or quality reasons.

You must not harass others, misuse contact details, scrape content, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, impersonate others, or use the platform for illegal or unsafe activity.

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. You use the platform, listings, links, and advertiser contact details at your own risk.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Australia Escorts Directory is not liable for private arrangements, user conduct, inaccurate listings, third-party websites, payment disputes, personal injury, loss, or damages arising from use of the site.
